Kevin Prince is a REALTOR® in Las Vegas, Nevada. His practice is intentionally small: he represents close associates and family, and the people they refer to him.

That shapes the way he works. A limited number of clients at a time. Direct conversation with him rather than a team or a call centre. And a preference for getting the details right over getting to the closing table fastest.

The valley is not one market. Summerlin and the northwest, Henderson and Green Valley, the established streets closer to the Strip, and the newer edges of North Las Vegas each move on their own terms — which is why the work begins with a conversation about the street, not the listing.
